It was founded with a team of Experts in Freight Forwarding and registered as a limited liability company in 1991 with a view to offer a wide range of solutions and services to our clients in the areas of their needs.
Primarily, Harritex services limited provides services in Air Shipment, Sea Shipment, Exports, Clearing of Imports, Packaging Operations Transport and Delivery and a master in general Freight forwarding.
HARRITEX SERVICES LIMITED exploits opportunities to improve services to our customers and client, through a team of dedicated managers and experts in our specialized area, providing unequal level of services to both private and public sectors. Our customers and clients are primarily business individuals and companies in the Oil and Gas Sectors.

Chief Henry I. Njoku is the Chairman and Group Managing Director of HARRITEX GROUP, he is a leading light in the freight and forwarding subsector of the Maritime Industry, also doubles as the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the powerful Association of Nigeria licensed Customers Agents [ANLCA]
Umah Samuel
GENERAL MANAGER
Samuel's role as a General Manager is a mixture of operations and business development responsibilities. He has Bsc. in Business administration, CICM [Certified Import Compliance Manager]. With over 27 years of experience in overseeing and managing operations in the shipping Industry.
Prince Adepetu H. A.
GM-ADMIN & CORP SERVICE
Prince adepetu H. A. is an aslute Banker, Author, Motivational Seaker and seasoned Administrator. He has BSc (Hons) Banking and Finance and MBA (Marketing) respectively. He has close to a decade in Oil and Gas, Shipping and Allied Services.
